Forgot Password

  1. Enter Login page on UTRADE HK
  2. Press “Forgot Password?”
  3. Enter your Username
  4. Enter Last 3 characters of your registered identification Document
  5. Enter your Registered Email
    (The email address your registered for receiving email statement.)
  6. Press Open UTRADE Secure
  7. Login to UTRADE Secure and Generate PIN
  8. Enter the Secure Pin on UTRADE HK
  9. Enter New Password*
    *The new password is case sensitive, must be alphanumeric and between6 and 12 characters.
  10. Re-enter New Password
  11. New password will be effective immediately. You need to re-login using new password
